You are invited to join the U.S. Women & Cuba Collaboration on our 2019 Delegation!  Our educational program serves as an opportunity to learn from and exchange with Cuban women grassroots and national leaders while offering us other cultural perspectives and best practices about relevant critical issues facing the U.S.  This People-to-People Licensed Delegation will provide insights into the reality of the lives of Cuban women and girls as well as how Cuba’s political and economic systems grounded on a commitment to human rights for all shape this reality.  We are seeking U.S. women with a diverse array of experiences and backgrounds to participate in our Delegation.

Trip Co-Leaders Jan Strout and Lauren Gette-King are both Instructors at Montana State University and intrepid travelers to Cuba and Latin America.  They have lead numerous Delegations to Cuba and the Americas and are co-founders of women’s human rights campaigns, Cuba solidarity, peace and justice organizations locally and nationally with a focus on gender, racial, economic justice and the politics of sexuality.
